Christmas
In Jakarta, Christmas is observed astonishingly with malls and hotels beautifully decorated with Christmas ornaments. During this special time of the year, friends and families will gather for a delicious feast, be it at home or in a dining establishment. Shopping malls across the city, including Plaza Senayan which is located next to the hotel, will also offer year-end sales.

New Year’s Eve Celebrations
There are many attractive places in Jakarta that you can visit on New Year’s Eve. One of the biggest celebrations will be at the Carnaval Beach that is situated within the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol complex. The National Monument (Monas) is another crowd center for the New Year’s Eve celebration where you can join in a countdown party with light show and fireworks.
