 Alcohol Consumption
You are required to be over 18 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic.

Credit Cards
Credit cards are accepted in Indonesia. If you are using a foreign card at a bank machine, your money will be disbursed in Rupiah.

Financial institutions will provide a credible rate of exchange when switching your currency for Rupiah. The hotel’s Front Desk can also assist with exchanging small amounts of major currencies.

Electrical Current
Indonesia uses the power plug type of 2-pin. If your appliance’s plug doesn’t match the shape of the socket, you need a travel plug adapter in type of 2-pin to plug in.

Passport and Visa Requirements
A passport is required for all visitors to Indonesia. Residents of other countries should consult with their embassy.

Time Zone
Indonesia is divided into three time zones where Jakarta is in Western Indonesian Time or Waktu Indonesia Barat (WIB). Western Indonesian Time or Waktu Indonesia Barat (WIB) is UTC + 7 hours.

Time Management
As one of the most populated cities, do expect heavy traffic. Plan your schedule and manage your time wisely. Approach our Concierge for advice.
