We are now offering Yoga classes, that will be hosted in the Jasper Room on the Mezzanine floor.

Fairmont Yoga is designed so that individuals of all yoga backgrounds and levels can participate and enjoy.

If you are looking to increase range of motion, flexibility, mental/emotional awareness and/or relaxation, the Fairmont yoga experience will guide you whole-heartedly.

Our morning, lunch and evening practises are guided by compassionate instructors who have a passion for integrating modern culture and traditional practise. Their goal is to leave you feeling inspired to continue your yoga practise on and off the matt. The practise of Hatha yoga is integrated in our classes. "Ha" - meaning sun, "tha" meaning - moon; Hatha yoga is traditionally used to balance the energetic body and physically prepare the body for a higher possibility.
