Dany Bolduc – Chef, H4C

Dany Bolduc is the unknown chef of Montreal, the one who has travelled many places before settling back home to propose a conscious and progressive cuisine, inspired by his numerous trips in Asia, North Africa and Central America. Dany has landed a bit everywhere in Canada, United Kingdom and in France where he worked at Maison Trois Gros.  Back in Montreal, he begins to get recognized as an exceptional chef at Cube, Cocagne and Réservoir. He furthers his knowledge by working as a baker at Fromentier; Dany now bakes his own bread daily! However, it will really be the opening of his restaurant H4C on Place St-Henri in Montreal that would allow Dany to express his true talent.
