Marjorie Maltais, culinary stylist & recipe creator, Les Chefs! finalist

Marjorie first entered the Quebec culinary scene as finalist on Les Chefs! television show in 2010. She was also finalist on Top Chef in France and again Les Chefs! in 2014.  Alma (Qc) native, she begins her traineeship at Centre de formation professionnelle d'Arvida in 1995. Winner of culinary contests on provincial and national levels, she pursues her apprenticeship with chef Normand Laprise from restaurant Toqué!, at restaurant Clos des Sens in Annecy (2 Michelin stars) and with Daniel Vézina at restaurant Laurie-Raphaël. Marjorie now works as culinary stylist, recipe creator for large businesses as well as columnist.
