Fairmont Royal York Welcomes Pan Am Games to Toronto

Publish Date: 07-Jul-2015

Toronto Tuesday, July 07, 2015

The Pan Am Games are coming to Toronto this week and #WeAreReady! With the city welcoming thousands of athletes and tourists for one of the world’s largest international multi-sport games, Fairmont Royal York has been preparing for the #BestSummerEver.

• Just in time for the games, enjoy Epic Restaurant’s new Summer Prix Fixe Menu. For only $59 enjoy a three-course meal featuring ingredients sourced from Ontario farms within 100 kilometers of the hotel.

• Try our Pan Am Cocktails at Epic Restaurant, created in celebration of the Games.

• Available at Piper’s Gastropub, The Local burger earned its place in the top three of #LeBurgerWeek and is a must-try for all burger enthusiasts.

• Tour our rooftop garden and apiary, 14 stories above the busy city streets of Toronto and see where our fresh herbs and honey are harvested.

With a newly revitalized Front Street, and a brand new bustling neighbourhood surrounding our hotel, we are at the focal point of downtown Toronto.  We are currently the most accessible hotel in the city, with Union Station directly across the street.  All modes of transportation, including GO Transit, VIA Rail, TTC and the brand new rail link UP Express – connecting Toronto Pearson International Airport and Toronto’s Union Station in 25 minutes – are only steps away from our front doors.

With currently over 500 newly renovated Luxury Rooms, Fairmont Royal York continues into the next phase of its multi-million dollar revitalization plan - adding an additional 300 Luxury Rooms by the end of 2015.  Fairmont Royal York is proud to be entirely smoke-free, and focused on providing the highest standard of service and sophistication in the core of Downtown Toronto.
