Wugu (meaning Five Grains in Chinese) Restaurant serves scrumptious and authentic local cuisine using organic ingredients brought fresh from the farm, offering guests an exceptional dining experience. The concept of the restaurant is to bring to the table affordable dishes that are themed to the nature of the Five Grains, also referred to as granular harvests, which form the base element of foods in Chinese culture. Wugu also aligns itself with Fairmont’s effort to maintain a sustainable environment by sourcing for ingredients from within a hundred-mile radius, which then reduces carbon footprint and emission.

We welcome you to experience the difference and taste the natural favor.

Wugu features a seasonal hot pot to help fight off the autumn and winter chill. Our chef’s secret recipe makes for a superior soup base, stewed with a generous serving of gravy beef or lamb and organic ingredients.
