Bell Staff

Located on the 1F main lobby, our friendly Bell Staff are ready and waiting to assist you with porterage and luggage services.

Check-in / Checkout

Regular check-in is at 2:00pm and checkout is at 12:00pm (noon).

Concierge Service

The Concierge Desk is located at the Main Lobby of the hotel on 1F and is open daily from 6:00am to 11:00pm. Our knowledgeable concierge staff know the best of Chengdu and are delighted to assist you with recommendations and reservations for restaurants, tickets to the theatre and local attractions, organizing transport or any other request to help ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing stay. For any other enquiries outside of these hours, please contact our Front Desk staff or dial ‘Royal Service’ directly.


The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer daily maid service to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. Evening turndown services as well as a host of other room amenities are available upon request:

Laundry Services

From dry-cleaning and pressing to shoe-shine and full laundry services, let us take care of your laundry requirements during your stay at Fairmont Chengdu. In order to guarantee same-day laundry services, items must be received by 9:00am. Laundry bags are located in each guestroom and suite.


The parking lot is located on B2 directly under Fairmont Chengdu. Parking is available for hotel guests and patrons dining at our restaurants & bars.

Pet Policy

Regrettably pets are not allowed at Fairmont Chengdu. If you need assistance with booking a pet hotel near the property, please contact our Concierge staff.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Store your valuables in our complimentary safety deposit boxes located at the Front Desk.
