Romain Abrivard - Sous-chef, restaurant M.Mme

A Pays de la Loire native, Romain sees the kitchen as a platform unlike any other for sharing and exchanges. He received an elaborate cook training course at the lycée hôtelier Sainte-Catherine in Mans, where he developed fine technician skills. He worked in one of Alain Ducasse and Jean Sulpice’s establishments and later in other  starred restaurants of France prior to joining his mentor, Chef Christophe Canati. It is with Chef Canati where he learned the techniques and classics but mainly, the art of respect and attentive listening with his co-workers.

Romain chooses Canada to settle in 2013 and works at Auberge Saint-Gabriel and restaurant Les 400 Coups before becoming sous-chef at restaurant M.Mme.
